Here at Spaw 4 Paws, we schedule every day by appointment in a time slot individualized to their size, coat type, and temperament in order to give them our utmost undivided attention, which keeps stress levels to a minimum by completing the groom as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Time is extremely precious to us, and in order to remain as efficient as possible, we ask you, our clients, to respect the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation/No Show/ Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled grooming price, per dog. This fee will be charged to the card on file or added to your next grooming appointment.
Please double-check the location selected when booking your appointment. Clients are responsible for arriving at the correct Spaw 4 Paws location at their scheduled appointment time. Arriving at the wrong location may result in us being unable to accommodate your appointment and will be treated as a late cancellation/no-show, subject to the 50% cancellation fee.

Late Policy:
Because we schedule dogs back to back and do appointments straight through, arriving late to your appointment can shift our entire schedule, which is an inconvenience to us and clients that are scheduled after your appointment. In order to keep appointment times running smoothly, we ask that you show up to your appointment on time, we also offer you to be able to drop off early if that works best with your schedule, just let us know ahead of time. If you are going to be 15 mins or later to an appointment we may have to ask you to reschedule and a cancellation fee per dog will be charged or applied to your future appointment.
Cancellation Fees: 50% of the groom price, per dog.
NO FLEA POLICY:
Dogs with fleas will be sent home immediately and charged a $25 Disinfecting Fee if the fleas are spotted before the grooming process has started, if we notice fleas during the grooming process, a Flea Bath will be given and dog will be sent home immediately, you will be charged for a Flea bath plus the bath only charge.
Payments:
We accept all types of payment Cash, Check, or Credit Card. We do have a 3.5% card convenience fee, you can avoid by paying with cash or check.
*There is a $30 Service Fee for bounced checks.
All dogs must be current on their Rabies Vaccine.
All dogs must be on a leash at all times.
